as the thread suggests, I am looking to buy a nice Half Moon,
The most important thing i want on it is +15% damage while above 50%
health, other mods don't really matter,
and the req has to be 7, 8, or 9.

fire dmg : 14-27 (req. 10)

markmanship +1 (19% chance while casting spells)
