wtb illusion or blood wand/rod

new needs :

rod req illusion 8-10 with +13-15nrg -1 regen (and if possible 8-10 skill recharge all skillz)

or

rod req blood 8-10 with +13-15nrg -1 regen (and if possible 8-10 skill recharge all skillz)

(i currently have r8 illusion cane +12nrg -1regen 10% all skillz recharge)

15 energy but its req 12
