WTB 6-28 req7-9 +15 above 50% Summit Axe OR Handaxe

im looking for one of these axes. i dont add money for mods on the base ,except +30 hp (add 35-40k) or 3/-1 vampiric haft (add 15-20k)

i dont think there are req 7 perfect axes... thats just me tho..
