How could I correct the problem of the hesitating action on the screen? It seems almost rhythmic. Every 45 to 60 seconds, everything stops for a second and then zips to catch up and is okay again.
Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if the card supports it, but if it has fast write. There might be a conflict with your motherboard and fast write. Had this on mine, turned it off and fixed it. Yet again this wasn't just with GW.
