Crash when I try to move

Hey,

I just installed GW for the first time and everything was working fine until the intro movie finished. I tried to move, but then my monitor I think turns off or goes to neutral mode or something. (The color next to power button isn't green or off, it's orange) I don't know what's going on, can anyone help?

My computer specs are as follows,

Nvidia Ti 4200 (GF6800 GT being sent to BFG for another)
2.53ghz intel cpu
1gb ddr ram
Asus P4V8X-X motherboard

This only happens with Guild Wars...

P.S. I wonder why there isn't an official forum? This makes this very difficult.. the support also sucks. Through e-mail? I'll never get anything done like that.
