The firesstaff is worth nothing, just merchant it - i doubt you could find a buyer.
The sword however, it has one perfect mod which is pretty disireable. I would try salvaging it then selling the +20% enchanting pommel (35-50k). Or you could sell it to someone who is willing to gamble, for maybe 10-20k.
