Most ele's will give a lot of gold for a quick recovery from dazed (got a hate those interupts from a non-interupt/knockdown skill)but then again, its not perfect, but the low req makes it more valuable

Nice low req's, but no casting/skill acceleration mods whatsover makes it somewhat less desirable. I'd guestimate 5k-15k (ghostly's aren't that rare anymore).
