Like the title says, I'm buying a 15^50% halfmoon or shortbow, no other mods are required but I will add cash if I find the already in place mods suitable. Req doesn't matter as I'll be using it on my ranger.

I will not pay extra for these mods because they are crappy and I would be replacing them anyway.
