This is to be paired with a 20/20 Rockmolder, so no recharge mod needed. Illusion or Domination req, dual modded with +5 energy and something like 10% faster casting or 20% faster Illusion or Domination. Or as close as possible to that

well the recharge stacks im pretty sure, anyways i just won a gold cane in HoH u might be interested:
its 11illusion req, +4 energy while enchanted, +9% fast cast universal
