These are mostly for tombs use, some gvg:
Me/*
Caster shutdown:
Dom:11
Fast cast:10
Insp.:10
1.Power Leak
2.Power Block {E}
3.Diversion
4.Shame
5.Guilt
6.Power Drain
7.Shatter Hex
8.Inspired Hex
Keep 2-3 casters out for a while: one gets interrupts, the other 1-2 get sprinkled with diversion, guilt, and shame. I figured that Mez are one of the 1st targets so why put a rez sig in.
M/E
Fast cast spell flinging master nuke-daddy
Fire:12
Fast cast:10
Insp.:8
1. Fire Att.
2. Ele. Att. {E}
3.Arcane Echo
4.Meteor Shower
5.Rodgorts Invocation
6.Fireball
7.Channeling
8.Rez sig
This is a PvP spot nuker. The fast casting lets me use my 2 MS almost 4 seconds before a regualr echo nuker can pull of his. And since I only have 1 exhaustion skill, the exhaustion wears off by the time MS is recharged agian BTW, it shouldnt be a problem. Between the attunments and Channeling as a cover hex and source of energy I don't think running out of energy will be a problem unless I get hit by a E-denial mesmer.
W/N
Non-IWAY axe spiker (because I hate IWAY)
Axe:12
Streangth:12
1.Eviserate {E}
2. Ex. Strike
3.Swift Chop
4.Plague Touch
5.Frenzy
6.Sprint
7.Bulls Strike
8.Rez Sig
Typical axe spiker, 'cept I threw in bulls strike, to use in conjunction with sprint, for runners. I was thinking of changing it out for rend though, let me know what you think.
So, if I could get these builds rated it would be great. BTW, in case it wasn't clear, these are independent builds and are not going to be used together in a team/group build.
Could I get these biulds rated? (Me/*, Me/E, and W/N)

First Build:
If you can land interrupts consistantly leak, drain, and powerblock will be useful. With shame and guilt, only take one. Focus yourself on one type of target. Either interrupt the offense or the defense. Shatter enchant is a superb choice and great in gvg. This build is very interrupt heavy, drop fast casting to at least the 6-8 range. You don't need it with interrupts. You really need a rez sig here. Diversion doesn't mesh so well with the rest of the build. Its an alright build. You have an idea, so fine tune it a bit. Drain enchant would probably help more than diversion.
Second Build:
I wouldn't suggest taking this into GvG at all. GvG tends to be spread out so most fire damage spells aren't so hot. Plus it lacks the endurance and damage of a real fire ele. One good strip and you are in trouble. I would not run this build in any serious pvp attempt.
Third Build:
Swift chop is a weak axe spiking skill. Swap it for penetrating if you want damage or disrupting for interrupts. You are on the right track here. Bull's strike is a nice skill in theory. However in use it doesn't work so hit. Most players kite in a manner that helps evade crits. This means hitting a bull's strike will be difficult. Plague touch is ok, however I prefer to rely on monks to remove conditions. However it should function well at its role.

Cool, any other opinions?

i have actually played mesmer builds similar to both of those. The first one works quite well in pvp, and in has worked well in FoW. The second one was almost exactly the build my mesmer was all throughout the game until i ascended. Its pretty weak in pvp and gvg, but in pve its pretty entertaining, and fast-cast-arcane echoed-nukers are never a bad thing....just weaker since that lame update. I dont play a warrior so i dont know what to say about the third one.
