WTB max damage longbow

Looking for a max damage longbow, with a low marksmanship requirement (9 or less).

I'm not bothered about the upgrades it has on it (though any inherent effects are always nice ), no - energy on it though please

Willing to pay in the 1k range, depending on if it has any effects or just the bow itself.
