Alright, I'm really new at this, so humor me here. How do I create a guild? My guild menu comes up and says to see the guild registrar in town. Where is this person? What am I not doing? Thanks in advance.

If you're still in Old Ascalon, he isn't there. You have to get to Post Searing Ascalon in order to create a guild. However, I don't know what's involved in it, except that it's expensive.

Anyone else?

There is a guild registrar in Pre-Searing Ascalon. He's at the absolute top of the stairs near Baron Somebody-or-Other. Guild creation is cheap, like 50 gold, but to get your cape you'll need 2000 gold (2 platinum)

Is that new? I don't remember seeing him before i crossed over.
