Im in ascalon (the one where its all green, before it gets destroyed) and I get a bunch of graphic problems
heres my specs first
Pentium 4 CPU, 1.70 GHz, 1.69 GHz, 1.25 gig of ram, geforce fx 5600, windows XP home edition
I just got a raptor hardrive not too long ago, a pretty good hardrive.
Heres my problems
1. In the distance the mountain texture/terrain texture is missing and is all whitish in color, but its only in a few parts, some of the mountain texture is visible. I get this problem in other places too
2. When I keep running I can see in the distance it gets brighter then darker every 1-3 seconds and the light flickers a lot...it is really annoying, when I get close to the ground or an object it stops flickering
I tried turning anti-analyzing (SP) off, graphics to the lowest and it didn't change anything, so I just put it back to the max for good graphics
Any fix for this? Cause it is really annoying

Thats called draw distance, and your 5600 cant render the distance properly, this has always been an issue with the fx range from nvidia, try to experiment with earlier driver versions..
Not to be offensive, but that card is quite old, and not very good, a few things to try, in the nvidia control panel reduce hardware acceleration, turn off all AA and AF, and finally reduse your screen resolution.
EDIT - The flickering is most probably a driver problem, try a few different earlier drivers
