I'll just say it's worth much more than 5 ectos, regardless of whether it's req 10 or 11.

For a req 10, I'd say around 300K, possibly more. Some people love the look of the brute sword, and as a result they are crazy rare.

For the req 11, I'd shave around 50K off the price.
