Speed Skills Stack?

Speed buffs cap at 33%, so Sprint and "Charge!" stack, but Dodge and Escape are both already at 33% faster so they wouldn't stack with "Charge!" Many speed enhancements are stances anyway, and you can't stack stances.

Speed skills stack to maximum 133% I think. However, Dodge and Escape are stances and don't stack. A stance + shout + enchantment will work though.

I think the biggest stacking you could do would be Sprint, Charge, and Windborne Speed.
However, it'd kind of be a waste since stacking is capped off for speed at 33%...

133% is the stacking cap.
However, if you are holding a relic or other such burden, the cap is increased to 150% irrc.

Escape is currently written to be a 25% speed increase (whether or not thats actually true is another question), so if someone uses charge near you when you use it, you should actually go faster. The real problem with stacking them is that they're both elite. I haven't been able to test it because you can't really test it solo without a R/Me and stefan. I'm pretty sure Dodge is the only non-enchantment skill that gives you the 33% on it's own.
EDIT: I just went and did a quick test, and Dodge IS faster than Escape, which means I have to assume "Charge!" gives you an extra 8% speed while using Escape.
