i heard one guy saying, that there is a collector with runic shield, could some1 tell me his price for it and show me the skin before plz?

Follow the route south of frontier gate there you will find the collector for the shield. he wants 3 carapaces. Skin is the same as the collectors Crimson Carapace Shield
