I believe it could be build number, but why a comma instead of a point makes no sense..

It could easily be build number, lets say they've been working on the game for the past 5 years (2 years to get to what was shown at e3 03), that means

365 * 5 = 1825

13634 / 1825 = 7.5

an avg of 7.5 builds / day. Given the size of the client, I can't see it taking a huge amount of time to compile, so that number sounds fairly realistic.
