Mesmer casting weapons

Preferably I am looking for a Domination Cane with +5>50 and a recharge mod of 8 or more.

Also will take a double modded staff, that is 10/10 preferably, or 10(recharge/9 speed) req will Depending on magic. The staff I will also consider Blood or Death magic req.

Am looking for cane first, and staff as a secondary in case I can't get the cane.

That (a cane) is what I am looking for first and foremost. I have a 9/9 blood now. But the canes are what I am really looking for. Since it is for a mes/nec and I only battery here and there, a cane with my off hand is a much better combo.
