It is a Coop. The place is actually named Sanctum Cay.

coolporsche: It's great that you found a Guild Wars website/forum, but read around. Use a map. If you really want spoilers you'll find them, but I doubt anyone will spell out the whole game for you. It's many hours from where you are in game.

If this is your first time in the game then play it the way it is and do not skip anything, you will eventually get to the desert.
