Need info on this rare (?) stone summit skin

Can someone give me some more info on this shield skin?



Its an armor 16 req 12 tactics stone summit shield with -3 dmg allways (9%) I have it for a long time now and never seen such a skin after this one. Hope someone can tell me what skin it is and it its worth something at all =)

not very rare. as rare as any other, if you fighting in the right area. Not many people farm in the Shiverpeaks, so its not quite as common as others. I would say yours is worth 3k tops. -3(9%) = decent mod, but not when its by itself. also req 12 is bad. I am also assuming it is gold, because the -3(9%) mod is max (not max percent, but max -dmg)
