shutdown

Saw a decent shutdown build in gvg, it was fun in CA, but i need some suggestions.

Migraine : to slow cast speed, duh
Conjure Phantasm : cover hex
mantra of persistance : lengthens hexes
power drain
power spike
power leak
OPTION : spirit of failure maybe, or distortion or ether feast for a save, maybe phantom pain for damage: testing will tell!

So, comments/suggestions for this pure mex shutown? ya target 1 monk, hex them, and interrupt their futile efforts at healing for a short period.

Wastrel's Worry : cast it when u found my target dont even dare to cast !
Shatter Enchantment : Dmg + protection removel

Mantra of Presistance is a good idea
but i think 20sec Migraine is enuf to screw up a caster, so i didnt take it
still need some test ~
