You get collectors armor from collectors. 15K armor is from crafters at Granite Citadel and Marhan's Grotto.

how can it be 15k armor if u didnt pay 15k?
u gave him stuff he collects... so that means its not 15k armor, its collectors armor

15k Is gotten from Marhan's Grotto/The Fissure of Woe/And The Granite Citadel. No, if you don't forge cost 15k, it's not 15k armor. Collectors imho can sometimes be better if you can be "vanity" challenged for cheaper costs.

It can look all nice and sparkly, have the same effects virtually as 15k, but yet people blow the extra wad of cash of the same results with different graphics. Vanity! Vanity.

collector is not as good as crafted armor, they dont have the bonuses that forged armor has, example - collector warrior armor (80 def +20 physical def) crafted glads (80 def +20 physical def + energy)
