i saw some crafter outside the Sardelis Sanitorium or what ever, and he needed 4 or 5 somethings i can not remember to make it. where do i get those ssomethings and what are they called again.

you'll need your expert salvage kit to find silk. the last time I got any was when I was wandering in the depths of the Maguuma and I expert salvaged a spider web thingy I got from a drop. but that was during the beta.

plant fibers can be found by running the wilds a bunch of times.
