Guild Wars Unable to complete operation, wtf?

This error just started coming up, and it wont stop! I have gotten all the way to level 13 without it, but now have NO clue. It has prevented me from doing quests, etc. Help Plz!

That just means you lagged out. Happens mostly when your ISP is having issues, or your computer can't find the needed memory to process the game and it just freezes so the game thinks you left.
