Considering the requirements, the value of the 10% overall skill recharge is somewhat diminished.

This is not to say that the wand holds no value. The 5 extra energy is helpful, especially for an air elementarist with 16 air magic.

All in all, I would expect the wand to fetch gold in the upper thousands or the lower ten thousands.
