+20% enchantment pommel?

Is the 20% enchantment last longer sword pommel used only for farmers who use enchantment...are they useful for ppl who use for only missions/quest?
Are they useful and worth?

It's quite simple, if you use Enchantments that you'd like to last a little longer, it's very nice.

Prot Monks use it on a +5 Energy sword alot.

Personally I find that I would rather have teh Defensive sword pommel +5 then the enchantment +20%

Yes, as a non-farmer you might find a 20% pommel useful for your build, but in the end, a farmer wants it more so if you find one sell it and buy yourself a +19%.
