Green item question?!

So, can i obtain these "green items" only once from the each boss? I killed the ranger boss near the Sorrows Furnace and got Stinger(green bow). I sold the bow and now I have tried to get that bow again from the same boss, but it seems impossible: the boss always drops gold, or some useless stuff, not the bow I want!

Are u tryingto kill the boss with hench or r u with a group? And The loot the boss drips is totally random...if ur wit hench the hench could end up getting the green

ewwwww.....that bites. My suggestion is don't sell green items if you don't have two of them. You never know, you may want to create another char that can use them eventually, and they are very time consuming and/or expensive to get back.
As the post above states, are you using henchies? Even using PCs for farming, I've found that the odds of getting a specific item really aren't very good. I have 17 green items, and have only collected 19 total. 2 were duplicates (Gorrels staff and Flints Wand). The rest I'm keeping since you never know if an update will make them more difficult to acquire, or whether I'll make another character that could use them.
Anyway, total digression there (just my two cents on greens
) Just keep killing the same boss repeatedly and eventually, one day/week/month/year/decade you'll get the stinger again. OR, just go buy it if you have the gp (much quicker, and helps the game ecomics )

I've had 3 greens drop for me and been with a guildie who got one and all of these were with a team of 2 people and 6 henchies. So it can happen with henchies, but odds are more likely it will not.
Of the 4 greens, 2 were the Shadestone.

Yes, to answer the original question, the same boss can drop infinite copies of the same green item for you.
The odds of him doing so, and the best method of garnering drops, is open for debate.

1st off: It's ten times easier to get into an all "Player Character" farming group to drop greens then it is with henchmen and how they divide droprates and such. Get into the Deldrimor War Camp and find a group going to Farm.
2nd: Green drops on a ratio me and a friend have worked out with a 2 man farm to ever 3.85 kills <roughly either 3 or 4 kills with a 2 person farm team> nets a green. Hope this helps!

I've been to SF about 8 times with Guildies. My first boss that we killed (Grenths Footprint - Flint Fleshcleaver i think) dropped a green for me... 1 Vial of Dye [Green]. The teasing didn't let up for an hour. My 2nd time, I got Wroth's Icon. I haven't had a green drop for me since. My guildmates get a lot of the same items from bosses, so I think it's possible to get these things again and again. Just keep trying.

I have had 2 stingers drop on me. Cant vouch if they dropped on the same character though, since I switch items around a lot between characters. In general, I'd surmise that it is random and that by definition, you should be able to obtain multiple of the same item dropped.

just wondering if anybody had a list of what green swords there are to be collected in SF. Curious since I only use swords and would love to find a green one!

a true w/mo (like me) uses only gold uncustomized stuff (swords + shield, preferably low req fellblade, ebay is allowed of course.)

If you were a true W/MO then the req would not matter at all because you should have your weapon mastery to at least level 14.
