Yes, up to 20,000 gold on the American realm. I'd guess 10-15k for European realm.

I think it's worth up to at least 315.000g as it is.

Yea, I'd recommend salvaging it for the +5 energy mod if you want to sell it (for around 15-20k). But it's a very good staff as it is if you want to use it for yourself (your Fire Magic attribute is at around 15 right?).

15% staff wrapping is worth a few plat at best, probably not worth your time to sell it.
