Price Check on Grognar's Sword

Can I get a price check on Grognar's Sword...I know that there is the green-item price guideline...but from what I have seen in the field it seems to be off...just trying to get the input of the people

99% of gw users are morons. I've had people ask for 15k for a +5 defense SHELTER sword pommel. Hell, the only reason I wanted it was for a cheap troll-farming sword for my stancer. I've sold half a dozen of those to merchants for 25.

I find that priceguide is 5-10k high on most middlerange (25-75k) items.

Yes it sometimes appears to be slightly off but very accurate indeed. Reality is that most people buy/sell based on their own worth of the item to themselves. Previously, when I was buying/selling the grognar's swords, I tend to end up selling them for 35k-45k ranges. Most buys are from 20k-30k. Instead of farming, I tend to be a human merchant in the game since I don't get lucky farming. Monks tends to get all the drops from what I can see...
