Jobs for Guild Members

Well, the job of a leader is to...lead (duh), officers recruite members, and members well... Seems that it would be more interesting if there were some jobs that were asigned to members. For example: I mentioned and/or commented about having horse stables and someone to take care of them. Maybe even they could handle training them to ride. It could be little guild tasks, sort of like quests. They stay in your list, till you finish them. Well, what other ideas for jobs can someone come up with?
