I hate to break the news to you, but these are about as "removed from the game" as charr carvings. The second quest from the scribe in ascalon (post-searing) gives this item as a reward, along with a -20hp offhand item.
btw banebow, i thought i checked he doesnt give anymore?? but that was awhile ago.
I picked one up a week ago for my mesmer, I am almost 100% sure he still gives them out.
You can get this -50hp offhand item from the cities of ascalon quest in ascalon city...the reward doesnt show all the mods on the grim cesta though...but it shows up when you get the item
If you're selling an item here it's kinda lame to hawk it in-game.
But all you need to do to close the thread is "edit" your original post and say that it's been sold. People accessing the thread will see this and move on.
