I managed to put the same skill on my bar twice...

I was loading up some skills, I placed Orisons, and then Armour of Earth. After placed Armour of Earth the skill glowed (as it usually does, when you have two copies or you capped a skill or something), and it was replaced.

I tried to get a third orison on there, but it failed and I lost the second one too.

Has anyone had this happen before?

happened to me once too in tombs, but i believed the skill disappeared once we entered it so i only had 7 skills equiped
