I am unsure about the high requierment.

Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (req. 13)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Health +30

its really good but the req 13 will deffinetly hurt the value. Especially since rangers don't have that many points to spread around.

Sorry for jackin thread, but ive got a similar storm bow, but its 14^50 instead, its a luring bow atm, but im wondering if its got a value.

Just today a req 13 15^50 *clean* stormbow sold in the sell area for 100k + 1 ecto. Since yours also has a +30hp grip it's probably worth more than that.
