Oh and, notice C and D. C is obviously better than D, no? Unless you tell me the shocking axe heft is very rare or something. Whats with the merchant pricing?

For runes, halfway between the buy/sell price of the trader should be fine. If it's a rarer rune (vigor/absorption/fire/monk/etc) you may be able to get to 75% between the buy/sell price.

A. Nothing, sell to a newbie in ascalon for some gold, don't look for more than 1k.
B. A few k, 4-5 would be my guess.
C. Hell of a lot, even though Sephis' are more common now, it's max with a max damage mod. Max Enchanting is nice, but not necessary, the 11 req is a little high, as is I'd price it around 70-80k. Someone else may be able to give a better estimate.
D. Worthless, do the same as A.
E. Merchant.
