Hi i was just wondering if you can solo in this game. Also, does it depend on what class you are or can anyone solo to 20.
Thanks.

I was wondering that same thing myself. I wanted to Play my ranger by himself and I did very well in pre-searing. But in post-searing I couldn't walk outside of town by myself without getting mugged and beaten to death by a critter that would only net me 8xp for killing it. What is the deal with that? If you don't feel like playing with other people then there's always the option (albeit not a very good one) of hiring henchmen.

There should be a big neon sign ten feet high on the main web page that says "Soloing in a game with 'Team' (Guild) in the title is most likely counterproductive".
You can solo, if you learn the care and feeding of henchmen. But even a bad group of human players tends to rack up the xp faster than a henchie group--humans can (most of them) anticipate, react, and adapt.
And they're not two levels behind the mobs either...heh.

On a side note, while it is more productive, and in most cases, more fun, to work with a group, there are situations where you can solo, even without henchman. It just takes some patience, the right skillset, some wit, and a lot of attention to the agro circle
