WTB: Swords + Sword Upgrades

All offers negotiable seeing as how I've never had to buy unmodded items before, the offers may be drastically off, items must be exactly as I'm asking (% and req).

Upgrades:
+20% Dwarfslaying Pommel (start at 30k I guess)


Post what you have and what you're looking for, hopefully we can work out a deal, I'm not looking for 10/10+30 swords, seeing as how I want to mod them myself, but as I've said, I don't know the exact pricing of clean items, so these may be low/high offers.
