Buying 16 armor, 25-30 HEALTH shield

I am looking to buy a Shield with:

16 armor
30 health (NOT ENCHANTED, normal health bonus/fortitude)

If your shield doesen't have 30 health, but 25+, then thats ok, too. I am willing to pay nicly for this, post here with prices and stats. Thanks.

I have one i think its a round shield ( or one of those other unpopular skins) it has max def and +25hp req11 tac. i am willin to let this go fo pretty cheap because i dont need it.
