I would like to purchase a max dmg hand-axe / white-scythe... In other words an axe that looks like:
With the following stats:
6-28 (req. <12 axe)
dmg +15% when health > 50%
I will pay you at least 10k (for the plain vanilla above, with no additional mods) all the way up to 30k (for a version with some decent mods).
Note that this offer ONLY applies to the axe design as show in the image.
