I just finished the White Mantle Wrath: A Helping Hand quest, and I got this Inscribed Chakram as a reward:



Are there normal drops like this?

I do believe I've had a few of those drop while fighting Charr around Piken and the missions in that area.

I'll believe these are common when I see a screenshot of one that isn't the quest reward from there.

Alright, I'm still wondering about this. Also, for those that say "it's common," that's a bad picture, but if you look, there is a wrapping at the bottom that hangs off, making it look different.

Im actually looking for the same thing, gotta have that skin If we can narrow it down to the zones it drops in..? Then I can proceed to waste lots of gold on keys in hopes of a gold one

Hi, reviving this thread, but just found one in PreSearing. So yes they do drop...after pre-searing...I'm not sure...
