Ok well this is a perfect Necro Staff. It is not 10 and 10 but 20 and 10, which close enough since req is Curses and so is recharge. Anyways I personally prefer this set up 20 and 10 (the 20 being the same as the req of the weapon). Anyways I want to know a PC...I am thinking of 350K or so myself...but not sure.
