WTB max hand axe/white scythe with mods

Basically I've enjoyed this look probably the most and see someone else did to, so to borrow from that post-

I'm not looking for exotic but it'd be nice if it could at least have some kind of dmg +% mod/built in mods, don't care so much about what I can change/add after the fact
