Historic Monuments (post-searing)

symon the scribe in old ascalon gives you a quest to find three monuments in king's court, ruins of surmia and nolani for 1000xp.

while you can only find the historic monuments for surmia and nolani in _the_ missions, i can't find the one for nolani for the life of me.

can anyone help me out? where is it?

I believe the monument is just outside of Nolani Academy. Maybe 1-2 minutes away. Make sure you highlight the quest in your quest log and follow the green arrows starting from within Nolani Academy.
