i'm in the middle of a mission and my adrenaline wont go up anymore ! i dont have any adrenaline and it wont rise when i fight!

someone please respond fast i cant do the mission if my adrenaline does'nt pump anymore (1/2 of my skills in this mission are adrenaline O_O)
