If i may give you and advice post less items on a single thread i noticed it's easier to get a price check for single items rather than a list... maybe people are too tired to check many all together? ^^
s1. 20-25k
s4. 15-20k
st1. 25-30k
st2. 2-3k
st3. 5-8k
h2. 30-40k
I don't know about the other items so you better wait for other opinions... surely the mursaat hammer is worth a LOT.

I don't think so.. the only one i found was in Shiverpeaks and it dropped from a mursaat nonetheless...
