please a little price check on a storm bow:

(BLUE) shocking storm bow of fortitude
req 9 marks
shocking damage - MAX (15-28)
health +21

hmm if i have understanded some ppl right its worth about 2-3k

but im not saying it aint more worth just saying what other ppl says

probably 1k.
no one would really buy it, since only the shocking string is somewhat impressive.
it has no inherent dmg mods and the HP mod is very average.
