Making a new Mesmer

Mesmer looks to prove worthy in PVP, but i dont know what to pick for a secondary skill tree for a mesmer, i was looking at a fire elementalist or maybe a monk? any ideas or suggestions that would help me decide?

I think im just going to make necro my 2nd profession to have more DOT and damage overall and just have someone heal me instead
