Looks like it might be the person's you were trading with since you can see the trade window behind the sword. But i'd say 15-20mil, maybe higher even.

actually the guy who has this sword is a korean scammer ^^
i saw the same one in LA (same mods - funny that he doesnt mod it up :P)
