Slashing Damage 11-22 (req 12 Swordsmanship)
Damage +19% (while health is below 50%)
Armour Penetration +10% (Chance: 10%)
Swordsmanship +1 (20% Chance while using skills)

Bought it for 4.5k. Despite the poor Damage mod, It has both my favourite upgrades, both perfect. Just wanted to know if I got a good deal, thanks.
