the +20% is nice but below 50% health is not desireable
HP+27 is decent and probably the most valuable piece
If you can salvage the HP+27 off then you might get 5k for that piece.
If you cant get that off I doubt people would want to use this because of the 12 requirement and the bonus is only if you are under 50% health. Most warriors try to stay above 50%
