To bad about energy and health.....

1. Is really only worth the chance of salvaging the hale staff head - I would say around 10K (because there are no inherent mods on the staff).

2. Isn't worth too much because of the relatively low chance of the recharge and the less-than-spectacular mods. I'd say around 4K.

Yeah staffs arent really worth anything unless you have a nice % in recharge and casting speed.
